Shipping Policy

We offer shipping worldwide! Shipping in India is free. For International shipping, you will see the rates at checkout. 

We ship throughout the week - from Monday to Friday. All our art prints are printed against order, so they take around 7 working days to be dispatched for orders within India. International orders will be dispatched within 10 working days. Original artworks are typically shipped within 3-5 working days. 

Within a day after the product has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

​If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please email us immediately on hello@shivanipatel.in mentioning your Order ID.

​Once the product has left our studio, we will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier partners. In case of such delays, you can feel free to get in touch with us and we will do what is in our power to get your product to you at the earliest.
